Breakfast is a special feature of the farm because you will have the opportunity to taste the excellent baked goods that make up the classic Italian breakfast, including salted products which farmers enjoyed around 9 in the morning after working hard in the fields for hours.
You can taste tarts, milk and coffee, croissants, donuts, sweets made with almond paste (typical of Puglia) and the farmer’s breakfast which includes mozzarella cheese, salami, cottage cheese, omelets with asparagus or artichokes, Altamura bread, extra virgin olive oil and tomatoes, bagels, broad beans, mushrooms and marinated artichokes.
